David and his team did our addition (garage, mudroom, master bedroom, master bath, walk in closet) in 2007 and did an EXCEPTIONAL job in every detail. Most impressive was the drainage system he installed. We used to get water in the back of our house and had installed a sump pump in 2003. When David learned this, he put a system in the back (outside our project scope). As a result, our sump pump has not gone off since (other than our testing) and the house is bone dry.
