Gabriel and Lawrence did an excellent job cleaning our carpets and area rug. They were very careful and professional, arriving right on time and making sure not to scuff the walls or paint with their equipment. Before the cleaning, the scheduler checked what kind of fibers our rug had to make sure it was safe to clean, and then the technicians tested a small spot to double-check. WOW! We couldn't be happier with our experience. The pricing for the carpet cleaning was very reasonable, and the service itself was excellent. Honestly, we thought we would have to replace our carpets because they looked so worn out, but after the cleaning, they look just like new! Our technician, Lawrence, was extremely professional. The technician showed up over an hour late with no call or update. When he arrived, he was rude and rushed through the job. I will not be using this service again.
I paid for a full steam clean and was told my carpets would look “like new.” Unfortunately, there are still visible stains in several areas. Very disappointing result for the price I paid.
