My car " ran hot" on I 55 in horn lake MS , had to get towed to this garage in 5 o'clock traffic !!! Called Garage and Matt the manager said "No problem ,He would stay until tow truck showed up." Of coarse I thought the worst " case scenario" for my car ( like a "Blown Head Gasket" or something super expensive ! Next morning Mat called and said he was able to determine the problem right away , when the car was delivered. And it was only a water pump that had to be replaced And needed to order the part and would have it ready... read more
They were the kindness people that you will ever meet. They went beyond the service. The name is not Goodwin anymore. The new owner is very generous and helpful. He makes you forget about the problems or worries of stress. If ever have problems with your vehicle and near Holly Springs, MS. I suggest to let them check it out. The owner's name is Dan Dotson.
Would not trust them to work on my lawnmower.They did a clutch replacement on my Mustang. They claimed an O2 sensor broke and charged me for it. Lies, they broke it. They removed the exhaust system to get access to trans and gave me a nice exhaust leak. Would take it back and get that fixed but their hands will not touch my vehicle again. Typical bottom ladder "mechanics" looking to get that money and put your car out of the shop with shoddy repairs. Do not use these people!
