Always use to love going in this paticular Goodwill, until I was over charged !! Not once but 3 different times! And the last time it was 64.00. I went back in and worker wanted to blame me for over charging me! Excuse me I do not run the card machine lady! Then she was rude to me and treats me badly whispering among co workers everytime I went back in afterwards! I was refunded my money. Went into Goodwill. A guy walked in with a dog into the store without a leash. I told the manager that shouldn’t be allowed. Manager came out from behind the counter to verbally attack me in front of other coworker and other customers. Horrible horrible experience if this is how all the goodwill are run, they should be shut down.
This is probably the best goodwill I've ever been in. The highlight for me is the organization of the clothes. They are color arranged and organized by short sleeved, long sleeved, sleeveless...it's a game changer for someone like me who can easily get overwhelmed by all the clothes. I have found amazing purchases here. The employees are to be commended!! I'm also so sad that the rest of the goodwills don't do the same. Everyone is very polite and helpful. It's my favorite.
This Goodwill location has given me a few decent shopping experiences; none I’ve ended and been really pumped about. The employees don’t seem happy (which makes me wonder about management, always) and the aisles are messier than I always anticipate because after all, it’s a secondhand retail store. My advice at this location in particular is to be thorough checking your items with price tags stuck to them. I got home and noticed my glass and wooden pieces have PACKING TAPE over the price tag.
