Glad to see Goodwill back in Urbana!
Very clean, organized and staff was very professional. Didn't take any pictures this time.
This Goodwill location is a new one and re location from its previous spot down the street. The store was clean and they had a lot of interesting stuff for sale.
I would rate this NO Stars if I could. I understand their return policy and all that but when the cashier makes a mistake and charges you wrong goodwill should honor that and pay you back in cash if that's how you paid and not a gift card. When you make a mistake you fix it by how the mistakes was made Cash if paid by that. I will never shop a goodwill again because you did not make the customer happy! Price hike .most hanger clothing is cheaper new from store.employees are good .metal shelves are empty mostly except the wall shelves still got blanketsb and books . Smells like pee from the men's restaurant.
