I would rate this NO Stars if I could. I understand their return policy and all that but when the cashier makes a mistake and charges you wrong goodwill should honor that and pay you back in cash if that's how you paid and not a gift card. When you make a mistake you fix it by how the mistakes was made Cash if paid by that. I will never shop a goodwill again because you did not make the customer happy! Price hike .most hanger clothing is cheaper new from store.employees are good .metal shelves are empty mostly except the wall shelves still got blanketsb and books . Smells like pee from the men's restaurant.
The new store is smaller. Everything is very well organized. Everyone is really nice. Happy to talk to customers
High prices. Store is new and clean.
Since goodwill opened back up in Urbana location the prices are outrageous on most of the items.. for example they had a toy car that was missing mirrors and was cracked and they were asking over $20.00 for it .. like seriously I love shopping at goodwill and I will not shop at that location again!
