I'd like to share a great over the top customer service and a shot out to all the workers. Especially Mike. Wow!!! I walked into this store and it was everything a customer could wish for. Perfection at its best. I will be calling corporate. So organize and exceptionally clean. The workers have such great attitudes. If I could give 10 stars I would. Thank you for making my day Love Kat!
Last week I was shopping at the Goodwill Store on Watt Avenue and a homeless woman and two males approached me while loading my purchases into my vehicle. The woman asked why I was taking her purchases. I ran up to the door and asked the manager to watch me get into my car. I have called the corporate office several times and have not heard from the management. I was frightened that a customer wouldn’t receive a call back from the corporate office.
