I just want to say I will never step in another Goodwill ever again as long as I live I visited the Goodwill in Crestview Florida today and I found a jacket with horses on it and the zipper was broke so I took it up front and asked if I can get a discount and the young man said that he would fix it and he tried and he didn't fix it so I asked if they can give me a discount he said no it was already discounted that they were going to throw it away and I said why would you throw it away when I'm willing to pay something for it... read more
I love coming here with my Mimi and finding stuff like yarn for my crocheting and clothes
Staff are friendly but prices are ridiculous. Mens shirt is 3 dollars and change while a womens shirts is 5 dollar and some change. This is thrift store not new retail. Its sad they have prices higher then walmart.
I bought 3 items that needed to be wrapped, they were very heavy and fragile. Cashier Maddyson964 chose to throw everything into 2 plastic bags. I told her please wrap that (a ceramic statue). I didn't realize she had tossed the other 2 items TOGETHER without wrapping (at the time I was focused on paying with my card) and as I picked the bag up they clanked loudly together.
