Disappointed in the lack of color tag discounts, otherwise one of the cleaner 2nd hand stores and friendly staff.
It is hard on a normal day to support this goodwill. But what I witnessed on December 29th was actually appalling. An argument about disability break time for a four hour shift between two employees, when one was sent to yell and harass by management. The issue of allowed/taken break times should not be taken care of in the front of the store with customers present. If this was as big of an issue as they were making it, why not have a conversation with management in the back? (An appropriate setting for employee reprimand). ... read more
Disabled employees mistreated in the United States? Perish the thought. Dropping the color discounts and shopping bags was a corporate disaster. Recall, these items are all donated to help others, why does the corporate not honor those it purports to serve? Also Bill is a great employee, very helpful and knowledgeable. Everyone always says hello to Bill!!
It is unfortunate the way disabled employees are handled at this location. Bill should be manager.
