Overcharged for items and I reached out to this store the same day I went to explain what happened. I was told that a manager would be available the next day. I filled out their contact form online suggested as well. I called back the next day and got nobody, emailed again after a week. Another 5 days has passed and still no contact. Long story short: check your receipts before leaving for extra items being added or tags that are wrong at this location
Not a lot of selection
First of all, the Shop Goodwill staff in the back were great. That’s a separate thing. However, the vile elderly brunette woman with short hair working the counter stuck her fingers up at me when I said ‘Hi there ma’am, I have a pickup’ instead of speaking to me like a human being. It took 3 minutes standing there seething for her to address me when she had no other customers.
