First of all, the Shop Goodwill staff in the back were great. That’s a separate thing. However, the vile elderly brunette woman with short hair working the counter stuck her fingers up at me when I said ‘Hi there ma’am, I have a pickup’ instead of speaking to me like a human being. It took 3 minutes standing there seething for her to address me when she had no other customers. I bid on items in the Shopgoodwillonline website. The items I won were Pfaltzgraff items that match my set. The items were 10.95 each (good price), but the shipping is OUTRAGEOUS! This is how Goodwill, a Corporation that is supposed to be honest and community driven, screws it's customers. A dish that they say weighs 9 pounds, but actually weighs under 2 pounds, is being charged for shipping of 20$, plus handling at $3 for a total cost of $33.95.
