Over priced, rude employees, mildew on some clothes .Place smelled like wet diapers and weed. A group was walking around vaping. I think the store got a contact high, lol. Unfortunately, that still didn't help with the employees and their rotten attitudes. Drop offs are hit and miss depending on who is at the donation desk. Just go to SALVATION ARMY. They always appreciate item, are friendly, helpful. NOT GOODWILL. They don't appreciate it.
i go on a regular to find vintage goodies and there’s this lady who is the LOUDEST on the floor while working you ask her to open the fitting and she gets visibly upset about doing her job?? and grabs the keys all aggressive?? she’s so loud and curses so much i’ve even herd her getting into it with her coworkers on the floor cursing up a storm. i asked for her name and i was told it’s letty her store manager should have a conversation with her.
Rude people working there and way over priced. Don't waste your time going to gilroy's goodwill

Rudest staff I have ever seen in a good will. Yelled at an older lady I'm front of us because she was shopping the area that the worker was straightening. Wouldn't open 2 dressing rooms so my friend and I could try on clothes at the same time then when it came her turn to try on they tried to kick us out 8 minutes before closing saying they were already closed.
