Llevaba una bolsa con un disfraz que quería devolver, pero no sabía que no aceptaban devoluciones. Al entrar, una empleada me habló de forma grosera y prepotente, y aunque le pedí que repitiera porque no entendí bien al principio, su actitud no fue nada amable. Lovely experience shopping here, we shopped for about 2 hours!! Staff was amazing, very kind, checked in with us and notified us about the sales! Very organized and clean, lots of clothes to choose from. There was a very nice employee who told us the sale when we first walked in and then after a while of being there (2hrs!!) she mentions the sale to us again and shes like dang you guys are still here! Lol! She was very kind and enthusiastic, you can tell she loves her job! One of the best Goodwills i’ve been too!
Amazing staff. They were all super helpful and patient. Shout out to Liz and their store manager (unfortunately couldn’t get her name) for helping me with a chair 45 minutes before closing!! 100% will come back!!
The cashier Liz (Lizfur) was extremely kind as well as very polite!
