Staff here were amazingly helpful. The women went out of their way to find us some gloves.
Well it didn't have what I was looking for. But they have all sorts of stuff. I'll definitely return in the near future.
Used to love shopping here. Then they decided to take out the changing rooms… how can you sell clothes without letting people try them on?
Drop off is consistently the most aggravating experience. The staff is miserable and doesn’t even speak to you. Doubt anything doesn’t end up in the trash.
It’s wild that a company, who relies on on other peoples free crap to keep merchandise on their shelves, can be so picky about what they will and will not take. Donating should not be made to feel like a hassle. I’ll be sure to take my belongings to literally any other second hand store next time.
