I am deeply disappointed and concerned about the management practices at the Goodwill in McKinney. Manager Charlton Atkinson has been reported for harassing women in the workplace for years, and the rest of the management team, including Shelly Sears, Belinda Spalding, Diamond, and HR representative Kimberly Clardy, are fully aware of his actions.
