Had a terrible experience with this good will lactation. Terrible service and poor communication. I bought something from them online and they took 2 weeks to refund something cause they “couldn’t locate it.” When they had posted the pictures of the item a few minutes before. Such scammers. Making sure to never buy anything from this Goodwill again.
I ordered some stuff from their auction website. I had been over a week and they still haven't shipped the item. The item I bought was some 2018 baseball packs which can be very valuable. I believe the have taken and kept it for themselves after receiving my payment. I have ordered on the website multiple times before and this was the first time I got something from the Detroit store. I waited 11 days after paying for an item and it never shipped, needed the item before a certain day. Don’t buy from here if your buying practically
Purchased item on line on 6/17/26. It is just now being shipped on 6/29/26. Should not have to wait that long to receive an item paid for!
