I am completely stunned by the experience I had at this Goodwill, and I feel compelled to share it in detail because it was so unprofessional, so disrespectful, and so damaging to Goodwill’s reputation that I cannot stay quiet. I went at 5:00pm and caught a security guard and staff member closing up. Apparently, the times listed on Google are incorrect. Please call them for their correct hours. They were very polite. It was a bummer I was not able to shop. I did appreciate the staff being polite.

Well starting off I've been a customer of the goodwill for many many years back in the days growing up donations organizations has been very helpful and quite honest with customers my problem yesterday with that specific store was that I saw a item that had a price and a sticker on it which was a television 40 inch that was nice to purchase for my grand daughter upon picking up that particular item was only 24.95 which was a very good price. Trying to do volunteer work around the city, and the security guard at the front says they don't need help... If the way he treated me is the way he treats other prospected volunteers, you'll never get good help. Detroit NEEDS help.
