Household items are overpriced and I agree with other reviews that state employees are rude.
I give a one because I had to hit something on here. My son went there today and they said he said they were very rude to him I called to ask them why were they rude you know what was the problem cuz they said something about he shouldn't have done something I mean he went up there to pay for his stuff what should he have done and she hung up in my face. The lady that answer was laughing saying no I don't think so I hope my son never goes there again I hope nobody goes there they should be out of business for their attitude
customer service was terrible. came in to take a quick look at bags, didn’t even plan to purchase. this was 20 mins before close. was yelled at as we entered that they were closing, mind you in a very impolite way. i totally understand wanting to get out at a certain time but the store was not closed nor did we come in 5 mins before closing. lady was everything but pushing me and my family toward the front, slamming things, and being aggressive for no reason. she was banging on one of the locked doors and slamming baskets in... read more
There wasn't much in the selection of books and it was very disorganized.
I have always enjoyed thrifting. I'm gonna do a comparison. Why DONT Goodwill's in Eastern NC have the same policies as Goodwill's in SC? They allow returns with receipt and tag or sticker on items. AND TELL ME WHY THEY ALL NOW ASKS FOR ME TO ROUND OFF MY MONEY WHEN THEY ARE A MULIT MILLION DOLLAR COMPANY WHO, BECAME MILLIONAIRE FROM PEOPLE STUFF THEY GOT FREE, AS PRICES GO UP AND UP. They are still better than some of these other high dollar places.
