Poor customer service at the Troy, OH Goodwill store. Mistakenly gave the sack with my suit jacket ($200 suit my husband gave me) when I dropped off other items I was donating. Realized within minutes what I did so went back to politely ask that they look for it while I waited. Store Manager REFUSED to do so. My husband gives me a $500 gift certificate from there every year and we donate to Goodwill quite often. However, we will never do that again…thanks to that store manager!
