The short old grumpy grandma with the white bob hair cut and glasses had an attitude and was rude to me, I was very polite to her. From reading the reviews Im seeing Im not the first to be treated like this. I cant believe nothing has been done about it, she should not he working there. Im shopping elsewhere.
Shame on you for making your employees work in 100 degree heat with no A/C and just a “cooling station” that doesn’t work! I came in to shop and it was boiling hot inside and all your employees were sweating from the heat. Terrible working conditions, honestly might be illegal.
I went there yesterday, site says 8pm and at 12:45pm they said they were done for the day. The guys were kind of rude. He said closed at 1pm. It wasn't even 1 yet. I won't be donating there anymore due to all the negative one star reviews.
This place picks through your stuff and only takes what THEY need, not what you need to get rid of. When I arrived today there was a gruff old lady who pawed through my boxes and took one or two things she said SHE "needed for the floor" and things SHE justified as valuable. She only took one or two of the items I brought, sending me home with the rest. She was rude and short with me, even though I spent my time and money to drive out here to donate my stuff. The lady was mocking and condescending my friend and I the whole time she was helping us. Felt like she was targeting us because we are queer especially since she was extremely friendly to the people who were behind us. I am an extremely understanding person and I understand when people are having bad days or bad moment but this was just uncalled for since she was a completely different person to the people behind us within a snap of your fingers.
