I called ahead of time to make sure store was open and I could donate some clothes and toys. When I arrived to the store, a lady said the donations area was closed and they were not taking any donations "today" due to "short staff". I understand that there was not enough people to help, even though I saw 2 employees there, but what really bothers me is that whoever answered the phone could have just told me that they were short staff and not taking any donations for the day, she could have save me the driving from Ceres to T... read more
I can't say enough bad things about this place, the employees are rude. Everything in this store is overpriced. They only wanna accept certain donations..Like, it's a donation it's free people
Snobby and disrespectful cashier at 630pm. Whats wrong with your employees here? She needs to fix that attitude of hers. Never coming back again.
