I went into this Goodwill and I found a small pink sweater for my dog which did not have a tag. I found the ONLY other dog sweater in that section and likely the store since it was the miscellaneous linens section—same color, just slightly larger but wouldn’t have fit my dog. I brought it up to the front to explain this to the cashier and she just said “we can’t sell it to you without a tag.” Umm…as a Goodwill employee can’t you add a tag right now? I hate that they don’t let you use the bathrooms or fitting rooms. They removed the mirrors and the prices, so you have to ask them how much everything costs, and it’s pretty expensive for thrifting. I asked ahead of time if they had Apple Pay and was told they did. After waiting forever in line, they told me they only have Apple Pay for Mastercard, which I did not have. Terrible customer service when I was at the checkout the lady was shuffling through all the clothes ripped off the tag and said I'm sorry I can't sell this to you because no tag no sale but she did it right in front of me and then she calls over the manager and the manager says sorry no tag no sale and they were very rude especially the cashier. Also they started a new color coding on the tags and none of them had prices on them and there is no papers stating what color is what price.
