I dropped off 5 bags of clothing and, due to mobility issues, stayed in the car and let the employee know what was in the trunk. He took the bags but left the trunk open, so I had to get out and close it myself. When I said thank you, he completely ignored me. The lack of basic courtesy left a bad impression. I’ll be donating to a local thrift shop next time.
