I'm new to the area. Stopped by to drop donations.I asked your employee needing help with a heavy box and was told as per HEADQUARTERS they cannot help carry items from inside my vehicle. Makes sense why the lady in front of me didn't drop items off ! I will no longer donate to your organization ! Replying to GW reply. This was the 3rd retry that I gave y'all. So unfortunately you've lost a customer that was pretty regular at that. Also I have a huge problem with the fact you guys stop doing the tag color discount on Thursdays. Because so many people that really need those discounts are working during the week & can't make it before y'all close. I always enjoy stopping by this Goodwill. There's almost always a great find waiting, and the prices are generally very reasonable. A special thank-you to Ning, who was incredibly friendly, helpful, and went out of her way to assist me during my visit.
