Did they get new management at the Troy Goodwill? I stopped in this morning and found some cups and bowls I collect. It’s been years since I’ve seen Anything so nice on the shelves there! Then while I was checking out I told the young lady, Faith, I wish they had the plates. She was kind enough to go to the back and gather all the plates, get them priced and bring them out for me! Best customer service ever! I’ll definitely start stopping in at Troy Goodwill again now! And huge thanks to Faith!
Everything too expensive. Plus I'm not ever shopping there again bc I was waiting at checkout and never got waited on. The two ladies that worked there was too busy chatting with each other. We told em we was ready but they ignored so, we left the whole cart of stuff sitting at register.
Prices at the Troy location have become rediculous ……I have always shopped the local store but find myself going to other close stores ie…Vandalia ….Troy is going to price themselves out of business if they continue and I am not the only one that feels that way because lots of your customers talk among themselves …..Troy is trying to get rich on donated items …pathetic prices anymore …go on down the road to Walmart where the item is brand new and maybe only a dollar more but possibly less ……sorry Troy Goodwill prices are way... read more
