So disappointing. Waited outside for them to open (late), just to have the door swung open enough to catch. No greeting, no good morning, nobody in a good mood. The place is so disorganized; I remember how lovely and organized it used to be, and how cheerful the employees were. Don’t even attempt to look for a bag/purse… they’re all scattered on the floor. So much better than Knoxville area Goodwills. Pricing system is undefeated. Not sure what the bad reviews are it’s a thrift store
