Well, I would like to start out that I've grown up in this town. My whole life and I've been to other goodwills in different places, but I've seen a lady out there today, and she was like a dollar short from paying for everything, and the lady that was checking her out, would not let her purchase everything because she was a dollar short. Went in today and got a very unwelcoming smile from supervisor Lori. It hasn’t been the first time I’ve seen that attitude from her as I was in there during the 50% off sale they had not too long ago where she was very upset and being rude to her own staff that were struggling with the high traffic.
Michelle(supervisor in training) is sooo rude. She shoved all of my clothes in one bag didn't even fold them. She would huff and puff every time she picked something up. And slammes the keyboard acring like she was angry at me for being there.that is really bad customer service. 2/3/26
