Do not recommend to work here, maybe under different management. They don't know how to treat people. That's why there is such a huge overturn. Very unprofessional. No show of leadership. Treated unfairly!!

Staff is very rude. This store is robbing people. All the stuff received is donated. So why is goodwill selling used stuff for top dollar? And bring back dressing room. We're paying more but getting less.
This goodwill's prices are much higher than other goodwill stores, why? Not much for selection of anything.
Employee did not package my earrings that I paid for, I called and asked if I could exchange for the same value or even a lower price with my receipt. Lady I talked to said it would be a “big deal” if we had to do that. Really? Goodwill is already a corporate company robbing people with their overpriced FREE donations. Not impressed and very rude staff.
