The Midland, Michigan store staff are very helpful and friendly. The store is well organized and kept neat every day I enter, which is usually several times a month. Thank you for the many nice, clean items I often find here !
Donation staff members as of late have been very fussy and rude. For instance, today I got some guy who came out to take my donation, which included a shower curtain and some rings. He then rudely mumbled to be as if I was supposed to know this, "We don't take shower curtains." If they don't take them, fine. Next time, he can politely decline it instead of making me feel stupid over something I didn't know and getting an attitude with me. So, I handed in the remainder of my items.
