Goodwill offers janitorial services, they clean and polish floors and do a great job. So why don’t they service their own stores? The KC location is filthy and smells. The floor looks like it hasn’t been swept or mopped in years.
Pretty crowded store. A little bit disorganized. More women's clothes than anything but that's normal. No customer bathrooms
I would give a -5 star if I could .. My husband and I went there and got 2 cheap bracelets and assumed it would cost no more than $2 at the most since I got a 3×5 mirror for $3 and a couple other items at $1.49 each and paid for the items and got out on the sidewalk to see why it cost so much and realized they charged me $4.99 for each bracelet and asked to have them refunded since that was too expensive for them I had the receipt and was told they didn't give refunds on anything but clothes yet no type of signs about no ref... read more
This store needs to be closed up and cleaned. This store is so dirty and depressing. It's not big enough for what's inside. I see other Goodwill stores that are very nice. Well organized. Neither of the Charleston stores are organized. They are dirty and depressing. With the amount of people that shop there and spend money, why can't you do better?
