Good store really well organize love that the fitting rooms are open. I will say staffing needs to be better managed. Me and my cousin were at the register and asked about a price of an untagged item. She instantly got defensive saying that’s not her job and doesn’t deal with it. Throwing her hand in front of my cousin to show a sign that we didn’t see. Then continue to yell at my cousin in front of me and no one in the store seemed to care that was. Moundsville Goodwill has the highest prices in the valley; considering everything is 100% donated to them, I encourage everybody to NOT shop here! After they already raise prices by 50% off of the items they get FOR FREE, “allegedly”, the manager made the employees up charge even more and claimed, “she didn’t care if it’s raised to 80%”…..for a store who is supposedly ran off of Goodwill, there sure is a lack there of! Have you noticed most of the nice clothes and items that's donated to the Moundsville store isn't put out for sale there? Check online. It seems some of the nicer items are posted online for sale. Which is fine, sometimes, but I thought items donated stated local, not shipped off to on line sites? And the floors seem to fluxuate in certain spots. Not good.

Some items over priced like clothes but in Canton, OH. The prices are a lot higher. Mostly a lot of the furniture is so overly priced. More than you can buy it new.
