I visited the Goodwill store #147 1500 W Warner Rd in Gilbert today, to make a donation and make a return/exchange. First off there was a lady with glasses by mens shoes on a cellphone cursing her tail off,the lady turned out to be an employee by the name of Evangela B. I was advised by Evangela that my return wasn't hers( I guess she owns Goodwill)I explained yes the items indeed came from Goodwill at another location a day or so prior to my visit. This store manager needs to lose her job. Someone went to the bathroom they had no toilet paper, no paper towels. When I asked the associate if someone could get him toilet paper the manager said that people are busy tough luck. Left him in the bathroom for over 30 minutes even with a guy going in the bathroom twice. Never brought him toilet paper. This is ridiculous. We will never shop here again.
