Boycott goodwill Stop looking up items and putting them on the online store for auction. This is unfair to the community.
I experienced a concerning interaction with a staff member named Abby she has red hair. She was noticeably rude and displayed a poor attitude during our conversation. I would consider hiring new people that actually want to work and have a better personality.
Goodwill has gone downhill. Manager refused to honor lower price listed. I thought Goodwill was a non profit
There's nothing good about goodwill. Purely for profit. Thought I could go home and try on the clothes to make sure they fit because THEY DON'T HAVE A FITTING ROOM. The cashier reassured me that I could return the item and they would refund me...STORE CREDIT IS NOT REFUNDING. Now I am the proud owner of a $15 gift card to goodwill. Don't donate here. DON'T shop here.
