Took our Enclave in for oil change Oct 1 paid $129. Drove the car 1.5 miles home open the hood to check the oil level. Dip stick was only half full oil filter was very dirty. Not 1 1/2 miles worth dirt. Returned to shop Oct 2 and asked what brand of oil filters they used. He brought out an oil filter. Not the same brand in our car. Asked why there was less oil then when we brought the car in. He didn’t have an answer but offered to due an oil change if we could wait a while. We had appointments so we declined. Great experts, wonderful and quick service.
Needed new tires on my car, as mine were past the legal limit! They were able to take me immediately the next morning, got it done quickly. Picked up my car and there was the cutest little puppy. The people there are friendly and helpful. I have used them for putting tires on for quite some time now. Really appreciate the care and time these guys take to help me out! Price is pretty fair for being Summit County!
PREDATORY GARAGE HIDDEN FEES STAY AWAY AT ALL COST!!!! Do not do business with these folks at all costs they've lied several times charged me about 200.00 to check out my vehicle which they did not my engine blew so I was stuck. Good thing I remembered that I had my obdll reader with me and was able to get a reading on the code. I shipped a new engine up there which costs me about 1,200.00 I was told that labor charges would be 1,800.00 now they've doubled that.
