The worst home insurance that my son had. When the bathroom pipes broke he claimed some reimburse but Goodville insurance denied this claim and cancelled my son's policy. Besides, the adjuster named Lisa H. is a miserable woman. She was very defensive and hang up the phone in the middle of the conversation. We called her boss M. Miller. He was a waste of time. So far we did not hear from him. What a business. l don't recommend this insurance.
I have been insured with Goodville for approximately 20 years. During That period there have been instances of a storm blowing a tree down onto my shop roof and repairs to our car (my wife backed the car into the mailbox post $667.00) We were supplied a rental car while repairs were made. There has never been any hesitation in them processing the claim. The staff has always been excellent at answering any questions we might have. I have had Goodville insurance for both auto and home for several years. My fiance and I bough a home together. Goodville would not insure the new home because "they don't like me", my agent's words. I had previously question their handling of my confidential information. Seems they don't like their customers asking hard questions. Ask for the wrong things and they black ball you.
