If I could give 0 stars I would. First, I called to ask if they had any available appointments or if they accept walk-ins I was told no. I go on their website and they had few different appointments available for that day! I booked them and everything was fine and cool. I wanted to make sure that my kitties didn’t have any fleas or ticks I made sure to ask when I got there to get them checked and made sure to ask before I left that they were checked and they didn’t have anything. The staff was so welcoming. The vet actually talks to you with care and understanding. They are actually very reasonably priced for the area. Nice environment. Clean. Actually helped my cat a lot with some urinary issues. They took the time to follow up with me and work with me to get the care she needed.

Super rude customer service. We walk in looking to get our cat checked out & wait for the woman at the receptionist desk to finish up a call. I’m standing at the front counter for a few minutes with the woman not even capable of acknowledging a person’s presence. She hangs up the phone, again, unable of giving eye contact, typing in her computer.
