When I tell you to RUN from this place, I sincerely mean it. They do not care about your beloved pets, they just want to gaslight and fear monger pet owners so they can scam them. My first experience at this Good Vets location was because my dog was squinting and his eye looked a little swollen. He has had a corneal abrasion in the past from rubbing his face, so I called and brought him in that day. Appreciated the ability to get an urgent care appointment the same day. All the staff are very kind. The vets offered alternatives options for diagnostics and treatment and gave me the time I needed to make decisions on how to progress.
