I am very grateful for GoodVets today because they were able to see my baby girl with one-day's notice despite being a new patient after getting the run around at a local Animal Hospital who made me wait a week for a sick appointment, then cancelled our appointment while we were already in office, and wanted me to wait another week to come back for the next spot to open up. I can’t thank GoodVets West Loop enough! They took amazing care of my newly adopted senior Chihuahua, Wizard, including a successful dental cleaning and tooth extraction. The vets and techs are always so kind, patient, and accommodating. Thanks to the benefits plan they offered, I was able to get my sweet tiny guy the care he needed without financial stress. I ended up switching to another GoodVets location that was closer to my home, but I wanted to make sure I gave this location the kudos they deserved. Thank you!
