I had an appointment today with Dr. Simran Rijhwani and was very displeased with her professionalism and lack of care for my dog. She was 45 minutes past my appointment time and didn’t introduce herself. I explained what was wrong and she barely looked at those areas and said nothing was wrong and then wanted to take him in back to have someone else check and I said I would prefer if it was done in front of me.
