The appointment went very well. I gained some very detailed information and recommendations about additional things to pay attention to and what further actions to take. This vet service has taken care of our cat since she was a very young kitten. She is now approximately 17 years old.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I asked for a quote online. They told me a specific amount over the phone so I scheduled my appointment went in the next day and verified at the desk the same amount. As they were going to administer treatment that they gave me the bill and added charges and treatments I did not ask for. When I asked him to take them off my bill, they refused and said that I had to pay for them immediately, Mind you, they were services that I declined with the clinic And told them I did not want.
Zero stars! Please go elsewhere! This location charged me $300 for exam regarding a dog puncture wound for services including medications and rabies shot. Scheduled me for a follow up. Returned days later because condition worsened. Quoted large estimate over $1,000 for needed services. Declined. Charged $80 for follow up visit. Went to a different vet only to discover the rabies vaccination couldn’t be verified in the system and I was never issued a county receipt per law. Immediate red flag. Service is fine but overpriced. Front desk people can be rude and the wait time is always long. The vets and techs are great.
