Go anywhere but here. The staff is condescending and rude. You’d think a place that takes care of animals would have a kinder and softer attitude towards patients.
I sadly had to put my senior cat down as he was extremely ill. The team at GoodVets treated me and my kitty with so much kindness, gentleness, and empathy. They gave me amble time to say goodbye in a private, calming, and less clinical room. They gently explained the whole process and gave me tons of options to choose what felt most comfortable. Horrible experience from start to finish. Will never be bringing my pets here or to any other Goodvets again, and will encourage others to do the same.
This place is great! Dr. Isabella was so caring and attentive to my cat before and after her dental surgery. My cat had a slight heart murmur and she assured me she would provide the correct dosage and my cat is better than ever now. Could not recommend a nicer and caring team
We have truly enjoyed our time with GoodVets at the Gulch for our miniature dachshund while in Nashville. We took our dog here from the moment of his 8 week puppy check in and he consistently came here for 2 years for all vaccines and his neutering surgery. Highly recommend!
