Got me in pretty quick and gave me a good discount for my friends referring me and they also got a discount for their next visit. The staff was really nice and even brought myself and my dog water because it was hot outside.
I have spent two years worrying that I was not attending to Sophie's needs well enough so coming in to a vet team that truly understood specific needs was a blessing. Sophie never showed any nervousness or anxiety (I did) and enjoyed her first visit to a vet that really listened with compassion.
The staff was great (as usual)! I've been taking my dogs here since I moved to the area. They are always great with my dogs, appointments are always on time. Everything you could ask for
I gave this place a try because it’s close to my apartment in the Gulch. Unfortunately, every visit felt more like a revenue-generating operation than a veterinary practice. At every appointment, additional tests, diets, medications, or procedures were recommended before I felt my dogs had even been thoroughly evaluated. The constant upselling made me uncomfortable.
