Absolutely recommend this vet. Both of my cats have had ongoing, recurring urinary emergencies, which has been incredibly difficult for me both mentally and financially. I am beyond thankful for the support, compassion, and understanding we have received from everyone we’ve met at GoodVets. The phone support service is terrible. I’ve been calling for a while now because I need information regarding an emergency with my dog; the reason I’m calling instead of going in person is that I don’t have transportation. It’s been awful—I’ve called all the associations and their affiliated hospitals, and I haven’t received a helpful response from any of them. It makes me wonder: do they work out of love for animals or just for the money? Terrible service.
