My experience with GoodVets Roscoe Village was extremely disappointing, particularly in how management handled my concerns. Rather than responding with professionalism, empathy, or a genuine effort to resolve the issue, management was dismissive and provided a wholly inadequate response to a customer seeking support regarding their pet. Easy and fast appointment. Loved the service.
My dog had a cough which sounded worrisome. I was seen the day I called. The vet tech, Mike, is great with my dog & remembered us. He shared tips about caring for her which helped me. I love the place.
It was an awesome experience will definitely recommend them
