Jasmine the new "Hospital Manager" seems to the the cause of the deterioration of service. it is sad a once amazing Vet Clinic. The Vets and Vet techs are amazing but the company seems to be doing everything they can to make going here difficult then there are the new receptionists like Maria (very objectionable and difficult to deal with). We have been going here for years and Maria wouldn't even help me connect with the Medical Director to discuss concerns. Amazing friendly staff, and they were great with my cat
My previous experiences with vets have been a mixed bag of stress and overwhelm. Especially with our senior cat who can be aggressive with veterinarian staff. This visit was so amazing, every single person was patient and understanding. You can tell they truly care about making the experience comfortable and welcoming. We will definitely be coming back for any future check ups. Here is my cat Batman chilling after his vaccines—which hasn’t happened this smoothly before !
