Went to Banfield with my cat whom the vet did not see and took my cat to bond vet on an emergency. The vet diagnosed my cat immediately and was rushed into surgery. Thank you bond vet for saving my fur baby
My appointment was scheduled for 4pm, and we were waiting in the exam room for almost 30 minutes before the tech came in. We waited another 15 minutes for the vet. This is unacceptable. They said it was because they were understaffed -- which I don't doubt -- but I don't understand why the team did not preemptively give a heads up that they were running so behind and set expectations. All staff were very knowledgeable and friendly! They know how to approach animals with care and patience. They are honest with the estimated cost for care and don’t try to over-sell you on additional diagnostics that you may want to opt-out on. Highly recommend!
