I was trying to become a new customer, but no one ever answers the phone.
I scheduled my appointment at 8:45 but in their system it showed 8:30 so by the time I showed up before 8:45 they said I was late. Showed them the proof that my appointment was for 8:45 and they said it was a system error. They were able to fit me in the schedule
We had to get a tire changed nearby yesterday, one of our two buddies has conjunctivitis so we decided to walk over to get it looked at and they were super nice to her. They normally go to North Ave. She's deaf and kinda confused by strangers touching her and they didn't have to pull her in back they were just really patient. They gave us an evaluation of cost before going on to do any work on her to see how we felt about it. We were kind of shocked to see prices before they did anything!!! To Dr. Morgan and Mike- You took such sweet care of my darling Kitty from his diagnosis all the way until his last days. Thank you for helping me feel so much less alone in the process and I will never forget how you took the time to sit with me on the floor with him and grieve with me until I felt like my legs worked again and I was able to leave during his last visit.
