After I took my dog to this vet, I had to take him to the emergency vet the next day. I paid about 780$ for xrays and bloodwork and insulin, he had untreated diabetes. They didn’t even give me any syringes. Or a packet for information about it to take home. I went on a wild goose chase looking for syringes, which was impossible in just one day. COMPLETELY IGNORED BY CLINIC AND CORPORATE - Shady billing practices!! Do not sign up for a wellness plan here. They treat it like an impossible-to-cancel trap. I have been trying to cancel my plan, but my local clinic completely ignores my phone calls and emails. When that didn't work, I escalated the issue to GoodVets Corporate support, and they are completely ignoring me too. They stall your requests so their automated system can keep drafting money from your bank account. They use confusing contract language regarding "m... read more
Doctor Bedford handled my sweet senior boy with so much care and patience. He has arthritis and she was able to help him feel so much better. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a good vet!
