We’ve been taking our dogs to Good Life for years. Everyone there is so professional yet also so caring. They understand each dog’s individuality and tailor their approach to ease the dog’s anxiety. They have helped us through some difficult decisions with incredible kindness. They clearly love their work and I’m thankful for the love and gentle care they give our dogs.
I took my pup here after needing a second opinion on some medication. From the start, they were super transparent and let me be a part of the decision-making so I made them our primary vet. Recently, we found out she had cancer, and I used these guys for her euthanasia process. Well, it was one of the hardest things I ever had to do, everyone here was as amazing as possible about it. This has been a nightmare. I had a dog, Stella, who unfortunately died, and they were going to continue to charge me for her wellness payments at $125 every month, even though she had died. I had to argue with them to stop payments from coming out of my account which they said they would do. I then got another dog, Edgar, and started him on his wellness plan. This was our first time here. We decided to change our vet bc of distance. This one is close to our home. Staff are very nice esp Dr Mull. The place looks so cozy and very welcoming and it smells nice too.
Dr. Romero gives exceptional care every visit. My high anxiety dog tolerates her visits with him very well because he provides her comfort by sitting on the floor next to her and giving her a few complimentary treats throughout the visit. I highly recommend Dr. Romero if you are looking for a vet that goes above and beyond for your pet!
