Felt very transactional. Felt the only care was about more money. Did not feel welcoming and warm at all.
I had an emergency and had to run my 8 month old kitten. The staff was amazing and so sweet and made sure everything was totally okay before having her sent home

Yesterday I woke up and my dog was not able to fully open his eye. I knew this needed an urgent visit to the vet. I found GoodVets via google search and was able to make a same day appointment (unheard of anywhere really). To top that off it was fairly inexpensive considering what I have seen at previous vet offices. Anyway, we get to the appointment, I advise them my dog is fear reactive, takes some patience to get him comfortable.
