This practice USED to provide excellent care, but the decline in service has been both disappointing and concerning. I recently requested a refill for my cat's prescription diet, which is medically necessary due to a severe intolerance to regular food that causes bloody diarrhea. I was initially told the refill could not be authorized because my cat had not been seen in over a year. That statement was incorrect. Dr. Zalar is one of the best Vets I have ever had. She is patient, kind and listens not only to the human but her furry patients. I highly recommend her and her staff at this location.
