Dr. Zalar and the front desk attendants have been great in all of our interactions for my newest kitten. She's been great in our exams, giving advice on raising the kitten, and future planning of vaccines, exams, and neutering. However, I recently had a visit for urgent care after my 7 week old kitten caught his paw in the door as I was closing it.
