I love love love the caring staff who work here. You really feel that your pet is special to them. All staff listen and are attentive to your concerns and worries. After having my cat Lu for 15 years her health was failing. They were so kind and loving about how they let us have a bit of time together. Would recommend HIGHLY!!! You don’t want to go ANYWHERE else.
I know it’s my own fault for not reading the fine print but I got sucked into the monthly subscription and was not told that it is a contract you cannot get out of unless you pay the whole amount they do this while you have worries for your sick or injured animals it is a sickening and deranged practice
