I know it’s my own fault for not reading the fine print but I got sucked into the monthly subscription and was not told that it is a contract you cannot get out of unless you pay the whole amount they do this while you have worries for your sick or injured animals it is a sickening and deranged practice
Don’t be confused this place is all about their profit. Had a sick cat, got lab work done. They gave me only half of the lab work and never followed up on the rest like they said they woud. They recommended treatment for my cat. Wish they would’ve told me she had critical lab values so we could’ve taken the ethical route and not made my cat suffer. They offered the most expensive treatment they could so they could charge it. Please beware do not go to this place unless you’re trying to be up sold on all products by a ‘vet’. ... read more
Just moved to Lee Summit and was searching for a new vet for my cat Finn and based on their reviews I had to choose this place! We got such a warm welcome at the front desk and they showed Finn so much love. He was very nervous but our tech gave him extra treats and pets to calm him down!
