Very good with my not so friendly mini rat terrier. Quick and safe visit, staff was great!
Dr. Emmy and Cheyanne were absolutely incredible with our dog, Konrad. He was in pain and usually gets very anxious around new vets, but they made him feel completely at ease. I also really appreciate that this location is open 7 days a week. Everyone we encountered was professional, and the office was very clean and welcoming. I think we’ve found our new vet!
I attended a visit with my adult son and his dog. The entire time they acted like this was my dog not my sons. My son is paying their monthly charge of 130 for some worthless plan. I say worthless as they told him the bill was going to be 184 and change. He advised he was on this plan and the bill dropped to 171. When asked she stated she added the 10% discount and the pills are a lot cheaper than the injection they had planned to do. My son called and questioned again the billing as why only a 13 savings.
