We were greeted and placed into a room immediately. The temperature was quite comfortable, which was wonderful on such a hot day. Our Tech was so amazing...she was friendly and thorough. She definitely made us feel welcomed and like she really cared about our baby boy, Chozen. The vet came in and made sure to update us on everything and ensured all our questions were answered without making us feel rushed. It was wonderful to be able to see the doctor the same day without having to use the emergency room. The staff were great with my fur baby and addressed all of my questions and concerns. Thank you !!
