We came in extremely last minute with concerns about a cat we recently had to foster because of a very tragic event. The staff was unbelievably kind, prompt, comforting and thorough. I think they could sense we needed care more than the cat!! I’d trust them with my life let alone any pet.
Very disappointing experience. A mistake was made, and there was absolutely no empathy or compassion afterward. Accountability matters, and unfortunately it was missing here. Avoid entrusting your loved pet here.
The staff was kind, professional, and truly cared about my pet. They took the time to answer all my questions and made us feel comfortable from start to finish. My cat is usually very anxious at the vet, but the entire team was patient and gentle. They made the visit stress-free and handled her with such care.
Stay away from this place if you love your pet.
I’ve had a great experience at GoodVets Brooklyn Heights every time I’ve visited. The entire team is friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about their patients. Everyone takes the time to answer questions, explain things clearly, and make you feel comfortable. I always feel confident that my pet is receiving excellent care. Highly recommend!
