I genuinely can't say enough good things about this vet's office - they go above and beyond to provide care for our animals. We have two cats and a dog and a they have been providing care for the kittens since we adopted them at a very young age to the degree where we commuted from Wilson, NC for their care. My dog, Pippin, is TERRIFIED of vets offices but their patience and gentleness with him has shifted our visits from horrible trembling panic and crying to just a little nervous (but not too nervous for treats!). We were a new customer and it was such a positive experience from start to finish. So nice over the phone and got us scheduled quick. Extremely nice and clean office. They explained what they’d recommend but weren’t pushy at all. I will definitely be a forever customer, they were great!
One of the best vets I’ve been to. I was given a thorough explanation and was able to go to work and not worry about having to rush to get her. Everyone is really nice. I feel they took great care of my dog. Would definitely recommend.
The staff are very caring and helpful. Very personable and professional from the front desk to the technicians to the doctors all are exceedingly competent and caring individuals.
