Cannot recommend enough! I can’t relate to the 1 star reviews at all— they provided me with affordable options, were so amazing with my cat, and offered recommendations for pet products that my cat absolutely loved! Thank you Dr. Elder and team!!
Brought my dog in for a trim and gland expression. Pricing was good and they presented the cost to me before they started, which I really appreciate. Service was great. Will be back.
I took my cat in to the vet and they were there for over 2hrs. Then they had me use the app to sign up for some payment plan thing. Next thing I know I'm charged $800 on top of a $300 visit and the only way to request a refund is to reach out through their App and pray they get back to me even though it's been over a week! ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE.
