We were there a couple of weeks ago and folks there were very nice and welcoming. They are pricey though hense why I gave them 4 stars
Got talked into the wellness plan for my 12yo cat. Big mistake, as they sent an estimate for dental work that's almost $2K above what the plan covers because "pricing is set by corporate." The last time I took my car in for dental at my old vet, it was $850 for a cleaning and two extractions. I'll let them do exactly what's covered by my plan, which they say is $1700 worth of work (!), but due anything else, I think I'll have to drive the hour back to my old vet.
Really negative experience with front desk staff the last 2 times I’ve been in to get meds for my Dog. Specially call to ask to how long things would take as I work 90 hr weeks-was told one price on the phone and then come in to find it’s $45 more-Was told I could come get in meds and that they were open and then proceeded to have to wait outside for an hour In the middle of the daywhen again I called specifically to ask certain times so that I’m not wasting anyone’s time and never is it what they say on the phone.
