Very professional, clean environment. Able to get an appointment easily. Staff connected well with our elderly (anxious) dog and put her at ease. Didn’t try to up-sell. Kind and compassionate.
Way to expensive was told one shot would cost up to 45.00$ when in the office the price went up to 170.00 with office visit, and I let them know he didn't need exam left and received the shot for 56.00,literally down the street at petrol in strip mall.
I hate that I have to give even one star. The vet is friendly, maybe that's fine. The vet techs are rude and abrupt. And they almost killed my cat. I brought my cat in for a dental a year ago. He got 19 teeth out. When we went back for our recheck in May, I let them know my cat is in pain in his mouth and drooling constantly and has a hard time eating so he has been losing weight. Everyone here is so kind, friendly and knowledgeable. My dog, Norman, had a Pexi surgery done and I think it was more scary for me than it was for him! The Andersonville team continued to check up on him, and were there for all of my questions. I felt very confident in his care team. The facility itself is very clean and very comfortable. Everyone we delt with just went above and beyond.
Very kind vets, technicians, and staff - they were great with our two very anxious, frightened kitties.
