First time having to take my cat to the vet for any kind of emergency. The girls who checked my cat were very polite and answered all of my questions which i appreciate. The front desk though, spoke very sarcastic like, and seemed very annoyed by me asking any type of question. Maybe they were having a rough day? I dont know but im also not sure if I'll be returning to that location.
I really wish I could give this place negative stars. Worst vet in Chicago for sure, probably the worst vet in the United States. Every time I go in they have a new vet, I’ve literally never got the same vet twice here. You absolutely will not get a regular vet that knows your animals. Also they are all horrible vets. Almost every time I go in I’m told since my dog is big he will need sedatives to be seen, but they will conveniently sell you overpriced sedatives at triple the cost and then charge you for a second visit since... read more
I take my family's cats and dog there. The staff is very kind and professional. They even patiently answered some behavioral questions I had. The prices are fair and clear. They don't add things on or have you return to address issues that could have been handled initially. I had thought they were more expensive than other clinics nearby. However, by the end of the treatments, they are cheaper. Also, the communication is clear and the veterinarians take the time to speak with you directly without rushing.
