The owner promise to exchange a hair top I bought. I went in and she’s like no exchanges no refunds but when she was trying on the piece of you know what she was like I exchange if you don’t like. Don’t waste your money there. Also they treat their employee this young black kid pretty bad I don’t know how she puts up with it I feel sorry for her

I was adjusting my OWN hair scruncie in my hair that I walked into the store with. The store clerk accussed me of stealing the hair scrunchie from her store that I was trying to purchase lol. I put everything back that I was going to purchase. She entually saw the hair scrunchie was used and mine the same one I walked in the store with in my hair. I asked her to apologize, she refused to.

If I can give a negative star I would I don’t know if it was the owner are not but she is very very very rude she was talking to her worker crazy I mean crazy I was like u don’t need to be talking to your workers like that and idk what she was saying I was like respect her she ain’t no kid n the worker was just looking I was like don’t let her talk to u like that right is right wrong is wrong if u did something r what ever she should’ve never done it in front of customers n the lady was like this my business ok and respect h... read more
