HORRIBLE PLACE!!! Very rude! I walked in-there was NOBODY else there besides the manager at the desk. I walked in and approached the counter and as soon as I got to the counter he just answered the phone. Didn’t say one second or anything. Just acted like I wasn’t there..he proceeded to STAY on the phone for 3 minutes. I almost left but I needed the balloons for my son’s birthday. Then this guy said he owned the place. WOW! My first time in this store for my grandson’s 2 birthday. Needed a nice balloon display and some supplies. The owner Mike was so personable and his customer service was superb. The balloon display Mike made is still looking fresh and we’re on week 2! I would highly recommend this local and very reasonable priced small business.
