THEY WON'T EVEN REFUND HALF MY MONEY....FOR DOING ABSOLUTELY NOTHING FOR ME!!! NOTHING HAS CHANGED. NEIGHBOR STILL WALKS BY SLOWLY AND STARES INTO MY TOWMHOME AND VERBALLY ABUSES ME EVERY CHANCE HE GETS. I hired Goodspeed Merrill to write a Cease & Desist to serve my neighbor who has been harassing me for 4+ years, not-stop. I thought a Cease & Desist was a real thing - meaning the recipient HAD TO OBEY. An email from Miro Kovacevic, Esq. to me - "Of course, we do not and cannot know how each person is going to react to a letter from us." Why didn't Miro tell me this in the VERY beginning - instead of 'after the fact'? (It would have save me thousands of dollars!)
