Horrible customer service and they left are yard to where we have to completely replace the sidewalk after they broke it . Have to redo electrical they left sticking out of the middle of yard not even capped off. The lack of communication also lacking for good customer care. I wouldn’t recommend for anything if you want to be treated with mutual respect, not the company for you. Definitely don’t recommend!

We always try to use family owned businesses when possible. We had a great experience with Goodson Plumbing. My wife called about a clogged bathtub drain mid morning and Joshua was able to get here this afternoon. He was so nice and friendly, even our dog liked him. Joshua explained what he needed to do to fix the drain and had it working within the hour at a fair price. Would definitely use them again.

Rob gave us a reasonable and fair bid. He indicated that they would help us clean out the old water softener at no charge. Josh did the work, and did help to clean out the old water softener. We are very happy with their service and would highly recommend them to others.

Called up Goodson Plumbing and Rob the owner picked up. Sent a few pictures and explained my situation…he had Ian out the next morning. They installed a leak detector, relocated a PRV and repaired a drain line. Very fair price and excellent work. The guys showed up on time and did a very clean job. Couldn’t be happier.

Al was very professional plumber, knows his craft & explained to me what my options were. He was able to fix my faucet with a new cartridge, in no time at all! From my initial phone call speaking with Michelle, setting up my appointment, to the updates on communication it’s was great! I’ll definitely be using them again. Thanks again to Al and Michelle.
