Her myofascial release felt amazing and definitely was releasing problem areas. I woke up sore which tells me she got to some much needed areas! My lower back didn't hurt when I stood up, that hasnt been a thing for the last year. I'm excited to see how I feel after a few more sessions, I definitely recommend her! Her office was gorgeous and relaxing!
