I received a prescription for Ryaltris nasal spray. The sprayer on the bottle did not work correctly. I requested a replacement which they refused to do. They said I would have to deal with the manufacturer. This should have been the pharmacy who purchased the product from a company to handle this problem. They were of no help at all.
