Based on the owners response to a negative review shows the integrity of the employees and even the owner. As a business owner you should expect bad reviews especially when you are terrible at what you do. I took my computer To get Repair Because I was going Slow.They charge me $40 to diagnose the problem.Than they call and told me that I had to repair the hard drive, my computer was only about 2 years old and that the hard drive was $160 . When I when to pick it up they had damaged the cover with a deep dent,they also damaged the powder supply cord ,which I had to take it else where to get replace another $ 88.00 and they stated that it was like that when I took it to them. Stay away from this place! They replaced my iphone battery twice and both batteries are worst than my original battery. My phone overheats constantly and a full battery doesn't make it to Noon!
